Double Glazing? Secondary Glazing Costs are lower
Put simply, for exising dwellings, secondary glazing costs are much lower than traditional double glazing.
We think you will be pleasantly surprised with the costs of our double glazing for existing dwellings or properties. As our system of secondary glazing does not replace existing windows in their entirety, your costs are lower.
And, unlike a lot of our competitors who we’ve heard may come and try to pressure you into a sale, we’re up front & open with our costs! Here they are …
NOTE: With the variations in the exchange rates due to the current Coronavirus pandemic, our prices are fluctuating wildly. As a result, we have temporarily removed the pricing from tables below. Please contact us for the current pricing.

How to measure
Face fix versus reveal fix.
If the secondary window can fit inside the window frame (ie. the handles & locking mechanisms don’t protrude too far) then measure inside the window frame. If not, the window must be placed outside the window frame (called a face fix). In this case you must measure the window including the architrave at side, top & bottom.
- Powder coat colour matched windows will incur additional costs. We can do just about any Powder Coat colour available in Australia. You just need to ask!
- There may be travel costs incurred for work done outside Melbourne suburbs (eg. Country locations such as Ballarat)
- Minimum Charge: For very small doors & windows (eg. Bathrooms), minimum costs apply of 0.6 sq m minimum per door or window
We offer a 5 Year Guarantee on all components INCLUDING springs but excluding the glass itself. Please note that this is really quite important for VERTICAL SLIDING WINDOWS.
