Lift out windows are often installed when double glazing is required on an existing window that is rarely opened. These lift out windows have a handle at the bottom for easy access and removal of the window panel.
As a result, our lift out windows provide all the benefits of double glazed windows without the cost – we don’t have to completely replace your existing window & so you only have to pay for one new pane of glass … saving you $$$s! Typically, we cost 30% less than traditional double glazing.
And our secondary glazing is better at soundproofing your windows than traditional double glazing & just as effective in terms of thermal insulation & eliminating drafts, dust & pollution.

- Powder coat colour matched windows will incur additional costs. We can do just about any Powder Coat colour available in Australia. You just need to ask!
- There may be travel costs incurred for work done outside Melbourne suburbs (eg. Country locations such as Ballarat)
- Minimum Charge: For very small doors & windows (eg. Bathrooms), minimum costs apply of 0.6 sq m minimum per door or window

We offer a 5 Year Guarantee on all components INCLUDING springs but excluding the glass itself.
